Tazzy is a brand operated by Sourrcecube Technologies Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 323 Atlanta Shopping Mall Althan Vesu Surat Gujarat 395017, India.
By accessing and using the Tazzy website ("Platform"), including its mobile applications and other services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("User Agreement"). If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. Platform and Services
Tazzy is a hyperlocal delivery platform that connects users to nearby stores for the purpose of ordering groceries, vegetables, daily essentials, and related products.
The services provided include:

Facilitating delivery through partner delivery agents

Providing order tracking and customer support
2. User Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older to register and place orders on the Platform. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. User Account and Information
To use the services, users must register an account by providing accurate, up-to-date information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sourrcecube Technologies is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
4. Vendor Partnership
Vendors (store owners) may join Tazzy to receive and fulfill orders from customers in their area. Vendors agree to:

Tazzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor access in case of policy violations or poor service quality.
5. Payments
Tazzy supports multiple payment methods including UPI, cards, wallets, and cash-on-delivery (where applicable). Users are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct.
Refunds will be issued in case of cancelled or returned orders, as per Tazzy's refund policy. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
6. Delivery
Tazzy provides last-mile delivery via its own fleet or third-party delivery providers. Estimated delivery times may vary due to location, traffic, weather, and availability. Ineligible areas may not be serviced.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or user unavailability, re-attempt or cancellation may apply. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before checkout.
7. Returns and Cancellations

Returns are allowed for wrong, damaged, or poor-quality items, subject to verification.

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with proof (e.g., images).

Violation may lead to suspension or permanent ban.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, designs, and technology used on the Tazzy Platform are the property of Sourrcecube Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy
Tazzy respects your privacy. Personal data is collected only as required for operations and is managed under our Privacy Policy, available on the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to data usage as per our Privacy Policy.
11. Liability Disclaimer
Tazzy does not guarantee continuous availability or accuracy of product listings. The platform acts as an intermediary between vendors and users. Sourrcecube Technologies is not liable for losses due to delays, unavailability, or vendor errors.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that disrupts the service or harms users or vendors.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India. Disputes may also be resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
